Sara Barnes is an illustrator living and working in Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated from the Maryland Institute, College of Art in 2008.
Originally hailing from Kansas City, Missouri, She draws inspiration from natural things as well as things that are man-made and dilapidated. Sara’s work combines her love of nature and architecture with an interest in fairy tales and the surreal. Her work is a combination of hand-collaged pieces with digital assemblage and some digital rendering.
